From the coordination meeting to the completion report, every project is tracked by a dedicated coordinator so clients can follow progress at any time.
A meeting is held before construction to confirm the workflow and arrange the required equipment and crew.
A site supervisor stays on-site throughout, overseeing crew safety and helping the client understand the work in progress.
A project director oversees the entire construction process, following the approved method and reporting to the site supervisor throughout.
Once the work is complete, a full completion report is prepared and delivered to the client as part of the handover.
